Twitter To Launch Advertising Platform

Twitter has confirmed it will finally be launching its own advertising platform in the next month. At present, websites such as Twittad have already offer the opportunity to advertise by two different methods: finding and targeting specific users directly based on their demographic/location/interests or campaigning for Twitter users with over 500 followers to advertise on their behalf. But an officially sanctioned ad system is a very different ball-game.

MEC Manchester Enters 50 Mile Mega Hike!

Google Stops Developing Gears

Until recently, Google have been developing an open source project called Google Gears. It was a new method of allowing browsers and web applications to interact with your desktop and store data in fully searchable databases. A good example of how Google Gears useful functionality was to offer offline support in Gmail.

Radio Boosts Online Brand Browsing By Up To 40%

Recent research carried out by Dollywagon, a media sciences research company and other lines of enquiry for the RAB was set to measure the amount of browsing time a sample of people spent after hearing 23 radio advert’s.
