There’s been a definite food theme with our fundraising efforts for Elise for Life over the past few weeks.

This month saw our big fundraising night take place at the Kitchen bar at the Circle Club in Manchester, where much merriment was had by all. Music was provided by Account Manager Dan Turner’s (pictured below) top indie-rock band Mancini Fires, while lucky raffle winners walked away with Kindles, iPads and store vouchers.

Coming up next, we’ve got our big bake day – competition is sure to be fierce – while the ongoing sweetie sale in our office reception is also going great guns (something which makes indulging your sweet tooth a little less of a guilty pleasure here…).

The best news of all is that all of our recent events and activities have seen us beat our fundraising target of £5,000 with more than half of the year still to go - the total now stands at £5,600.

A big thanks to everyone who’s supported us so far – if you’d like to contribute, you can donate at our JustGiving page.

Stay tuned for details of our upcoming events, including the Coast to Coast bike ride in September.
